Yes! All our sweets are freshly prepared in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and rich taste.
2. What are your laddus made of?
Our laddus are handmade using only three pure ingredients — Shuddh Chana Besan (Gram Flour), Desi Ghee, and Kacchi Chini (Raw Unprocessed Sugar). No preservatives or chemicals — just pure traditional taste.
3. Do you use any preservatives in your sweets?
No, we do not use any artificial preservatives or additives. Our sweets are 100% pure and traditionally made.
4. What is the shelf life of the laddus?
Our laddus stay fresh for up to 4 months (120 days) without refrigeration. Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
5. Do I need to refrigerate the laddus?
No, you don’t need to refrigerate them. Room temperature storage is sufficient.
6. Can I customize my order for special occasions or bulk purchases?

7. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we currently deliver across all states of India via trusted courier partners.
8. Do you deliver outside India?
Not yet. Currently, we deliver only in India — international shipping will be launched soon.
9. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or call if needed.
10. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Since sweets are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will happily send a replacement.
